United States:

Method:
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses
(including APO and FPO addresses) are shipped via the
U.S.P.S.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are always
shipped Priority Mail. Due to customers' complaints about
ground shipments to these locations taking "too
long," we will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii Standard
Mail, Media Mail, or Book Rate. Your charge will be
adjusted to reflect this form of shipping. Please see
below for APO/FPO (military) shipping.

Our Standard
Shipping charge for books and other educational materials
is 10% of your order with a $5.00 minimum. (See below for
non-book items.) This is for shipment via USPS "Media
Mail." Delivery averages 10-12 Postal working days from
when your order is picked up from our warehouse by the Post
Office.
Priority

Shipments
via USPS "Priority Mail." average 3-4 Postal working
days from when your order is picked up at our warehouse by the
Post Office.
For
the majority of the products, Priority
Shipping charges are a maximum of 20% of your order with a
$10.95 minimum. We are able to mail one (1) or two (2) Student
Record Books in a Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope for $6.00.
Please note that the 20% charge is a maximum
Shipping Charge. Should you purchase high-cost, low-weight
items, books or other educational items, we may be able to
adjust your shipping charge downward to reflect a charge
closer to actual shipping fees charged by the Postal Service.
Non Book Shipping
Tea and gift items do not qualify to be mailed at Media
Mail rates. These items will have this shipping notice on
their web page, "This is a non-book item and shipping
may be more than the amount quoted at check-out. If it
is, we will charge the lesser of UPS shipping or USPS Parcel
Post shipping at our discretion." Your e-mail shipping
confirmation will let you know which shipping method we have
selected.
Military Orders
Orders shipped to families with a
parent actively serving in the U.S. Armed Forces (Navy, Army,
Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard) receive free shipping
on all orders. This includes shopping cart orders as well
as orders placed through the mail or by phone. Orders shipped
to an address within the "Continental U.S." will be
shipped for free via USPS Media Mail. Orders to Hawaii,
Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS
Priority Mail at no cost. Thank

service!
Our shopping cart software is fairly simple and your on-line
receipt will not show the Free Shipping on military orders.
However, once we have received your order, we run the charge
by hand and will not charge you for the shipping. Please let us know in
the "comments" section of the checkout form that you
qualify for the Free Military Shipping and we will be happy to
not charge your shipping when we process your order.
Non-U.S. Orders:
International Order Shipping Method:
We will try to select the best
choice of shipping method to combine speed with postage cost.
Due to their extremely high international charges, we do not
ship international orders via UPS or FedEx.
Please note that with in 2007, the Post
Office ended surface, ground, or sea shipping to addresses
outside of the United States. What used to be ground/sea
shipping is now called "International First Class"
and Air Mail shipping is now called Priority Mail.
International
Order Shipping Charges:
Orders that are shipped outside of
the United States are charged actual shipping plus a $2.00 per
order handling fee. Each order is packaged and weighed to
get you the best possible rate.

Our Return Policy:
Although
we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site
and in our catalog, we recognize that materials will not always be
what you expect. You may return any item within 30 days for a full
refund of the price of the item (shipping not refundable) if we
receive the item back in salable as new condition.
After 30 days, we accept returns if we receive the item back in
salable as new condition, but we charge a 10% restocking fee.
The steps are:
1) Please have the packing list from your order available and call
our customer service at 1-509-843-5009 (between 9 a.m. and 4:30
p.m., Monday through Friday) and ask for a "Return
Number." This number will help us keep track of your original
order and your returned merchandise. The person who takes your call
will ask for your original invoice number.
2) Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark
the outside of the package with "RETURN" and your Return
Number.
(Please note that we
cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged
condition as they are not resalable. If you ship your
return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you
ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.)
3) Return the package to: Castlemoyle Books, 694 Main Street,
Pomeroy WA 99347. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your returns.
If you want to order additional materials, we advise that you order
separately so that the return processing does not delay your order.
