Spelling Power Help Line Information
Castlemoyle Books wants you and your student to be successful and confident
using Adams-Gordon's Spelling Power. We offer registered owners of the manual
free access to the Spelling Power User Help-Line. When you call the Help-line
you will talk directly to Beverly L. Adams-Gordon, the author of Adams-Gordon's Spelling Power. The Spelling Power User Help-line number can be found on the back
side of the title page of your manual. Please DO NOT call the order line or
toll free line with help-line questions. You must call Ms. Adams-Gordon's direct
Before you call, we ask that you have:
1) Registered your copy of Spelling Power.
2) Your Adams-Gordon's Spelling Power manual with you when you call.
3) Either read the Quick Start section in the front of your manual or watched the 1-hour Quick Start DVD Seminar provided with your manual
4) Checked the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) of this web site to see if the answer to your question is already listed before you call.
5) Your student's Record Books, placement result, or other materials that may be helpful to Ms. Adams-Gordon when answering your questions.
6) Please have a pencil and pad or other materials for note taking.
Ms. Adams-Gordon maintains the help-line schedule
year round. Generally, it is only the days of the week the User Help-line is
offered that change. (The available hours have been consistent over the last 21
years.) Please check here before each call to check scheduled availability of
the Spelling Power User Help-line.
The 2016 User Help-line Schedule is: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays:
12:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
If you get a busy signal that means Beverly is on
the phone helping another user. Please try your call again after a reasonable
interval. As a guide, the average call takes about 15 minutes.
Help-line is only Answered when Beverly is available to take your call! Beverly
tries to keep the User Help-line available to you during the times posted above.
However, occasionally she is not available, either because of unavoidable appointments or because she is traveling doing seminars and workshops. If
you get no answer to your call after 6 or 7 rings, it means either you are not
calling during Help-line availability or Beverly is unavoidably out of her
office and unable to take your call. Please try calling on the next User
Help-line Day scheduled as posted above.
There is no answering machine on the
Spelling Power User Help-line because we do not return calls from this line. As
you know home educators are busy people and we have found that trying to return
calls results in expensive phone tag. Please do not call the regular business
line, they are not able to answer detailed questions about using the program.
Again, we do not take messages for User Help-line questions.

to access the help-line during the current hours listed above, you may e-mail your questions to email@example.com. Please include your name, ages of your children along with your questions. Often, questions involve individual student learning issues and are most easily answered by having a conversation about the situation therefore, please include the best time to reach you. Beverly will try to make an appointment for you to call her at a time conventient for both of you.
